We are looking for a researcher to conduct research, compile data, implement ideas, and help write papers. Our ideal applicant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be willing to work in a team while still being able to work alone, exercise critical thought, be open-minded and adaptable, and have a meticulous eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on products, manufacturers, associations, competitors and markets.
Review relevant industry publications and report on current topics and important trends.
Assist in doing data runs using rating software to help program purchase decisions, and scheduling ad sales.
Collecting data, analyzing products' technical parameters, and drawing insightful conclusions.
Analysis of findings obtained through market research.
Translate and interpret data and assist in the planning of product presentations and publications.
Perform other research tasks as needed.
Essential skills:
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical applications
Experience in using MS Office and its tools.
Outstanding report-writing, research, and analytical skills.
Decent technical and computer skills; ability to comprehend data reports and information
Academic background in business, marketing, economics, or a related area, or previous experience as a researcher, data analyst, marketer, etc.
Responsibility to meet deadlines and detail-oriented.
The ability to work both individually and with a team.
Able to perform in-depth data research and a highly detail-oriented person with professional business sense.
